I . Extra support piece is standard only on the Z3800. The loading lock assures that the table does not move as you load a new panel on the saw.

2. Hold down clamp and separate miter fence with flip stop is standard on all "Z" machines.

3.The main 90° cut-off fence telescopes to 2.7 m and assures square cuts. On the photo it is shown in the back position for the purpose of putting material in front of the fence.

4.The overhead sawguard is hinged which makes it easy to fold it out of the way.

5. Main body of the machines is made of 6 mm steel. The aluminum extrusion on the sliding table is 100 mm thick on top and the webbing is 6 mm thick, precision machined and anodized.

6. Height adjustment of main sawblade and scoringblade, and left to right adjustment of scoring blade. The adjustment is very positive using a cam system with precise window indicating degree of tilt .

7. Handwheel for titling the complete saw unit, and large precise window indicating tilt degree. The machine has positive stops at 90° and 45°.

8. Cast iron ripfence with micro adjustement. The guide rail for the ripfence is made of 50 mm dia solid steel.

The Robland Z 3800 Panel Saw comes with a Standard 7.5 HPmotor but is also available in an option of 5.5 HP and 10 HP plus an automatic star-delta switch.

Furthermore available as an option are the short guide rail for parallel fence and the shortened overhead guard support - easy for people restricted by a lack of space.

All these features guarantee an optimal use of the machine. All machines are built according to "CE" specifications and have passed stringent testing for dust emissions.
